Katie Clark, Principal

Katie Clark serves as co-principal of KāSa Performance Group. As principal, she lends her expertise to a variety of projects, the development of client relationships, and marketing.

Katie’s background includes serving as a consultant with Accenture where her focus was human performance and change management. She has partnered with Fortune 500 clients in the areas of competency modeling, curriculum development, large-scale training implementation, blended learning strategy, training outsourcing strategy, technical training, and product launch training implementations.

Katie has also served as curriculum designer for AchieveGlobal where she was actively involved in the research of new products and the development of unique custom solutions for a variety of clients. Her work included development of customer service, leadership, sales training portfolios, and customized solutions in response to unique client needs.

Katie is a graduate of Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Design.


Sally Jones, Principal

Sally serves as co-principal of KāSa Performance Group. As principal, Sally is involved in the design and development of a variety of projects, meeting client needs, and the ongoing education and development of the KāSa Performance Group team.

Her professional experience includes senior consultant at Andersen Consulting where she specialized in the people side of large-scale change efforts. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop training solutions, design change management plans for multiple business units, and orchestrate company-wide events to implement change initiatives.
 
Sally served as curriculum designer for AchieveGlobal where she developed their flagship program for leadership competencies. She also participated in the development of customized leadership and customer service solutions targeted to specific client needs.

She has conducted research and written participant texts and facilitator guides for classroom, eLearning, and blended experiences for a variety of content areas and industries.

Sally earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University.
