The Learning Blueprint is our proven methodology for creating meaningful behavior change, recognizing that effective learning doesn't end when the central training experience has been completed.  For behavior change to take place, learners need opportunities to understand why the change is valuable and important for them.  It is essential that they acquire and practice the new skills as well as implement them in their daily work.  The new skills should continue to be reinforced over time in order to drive performance improvement and lasting behavior change.  The Learning Blueprint addresses these different phases of learning and shows how to best guide learners to acquire skills and behaviors over time.
